I want to delete my account. You can do this yourself, anytime, from your profile — it removes your account and all associated data immediately. No need to email us first.
My birth chart or reading looks wrong. Double-check the birth date, time, and place on your profile — the chart is only as accurate as the input. If it still looks off after fixing that, write to us with your account email.
I'm not receiving emails (daily reading, password reset). Check spam/promotions first. If you unsubscribed by mistake, write to us and we'll re-enable it.
I have feedback or found a bug. We read every email — tell us what happened and, if you can, what you expected instead.
