StellarCoach ("we") is an AI astrology coach operated by Peppermind. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what control you have over it.

What we collect

• Account: name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).
• Birth data: date, time, and place — required to compute your birth chart.
• Your coach conversations, check-ins, and the memories the coach extracts from what you share.
• Anonymous quiz: if you take the quiz without an account, we store your answers, birth data, and email if you leave it.

How we use it

Exclusively to provide the service: computing your chart, generating your readings, and letting the coach remember your story. We never sell or share your data for advertising.

Who it's shared with

Only the technical providers that run the service: Google (Gemini, the AI model that generates conversations and readings), OpenAI (semantic representation of memories), Mailgun (email delivery), and Heroku/Salesforce (infrastructure and database). Your conversations are processed by these providers solely to generate responses.

What you share

Public share pages (your "Big 3", compatibility reports) show only signs and first names — never your birth date, time, or place.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: your session (to keep you signed in) and your language preference. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

• You can view and correct your data from your profile.
• You can delete your account and all your data from your profile, at any time, permanently.
• You can stop receiving emails with one click from any email.
